During an average time period, our tees ship within 1-3 days! We try to get them out the door as fast possible. During the holidays, we usually add a buffer of 1-4 processing days. Check below for a list of Holiday Cut off Dates! 2024 HOLIDAY CUT OFF DATES: Any orders we receive after these dates may not make it in time. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, since we can’t guarantee the USPS’s shipping dependability. We WILL work to get it out the door as fast as possible regardless of if the order is placed before or after the deadline. Our shirts are printed using a method called DTG or "Direct to Garment". This involves a fabric printer, injecting the die into the threads of the garment. This makes for almost no fading, no cracking, and long lasting designs. (Like every tshirt lover, we recommend washing ALL of your tees inside out to keep your designs fresh and bright! See the washing instructions on each of the listings!)

We use USPS ground for our shipping! And our items ship from either our El Paso, Texas location....or Hialeah, Florida location. We will provide tracking the second the package is handed off to our shipping carrier.

In case of sizing issue or you just don't think the process is for you: We currently accept returns shipped back within 7 days of the item being received for any reason. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. No returns are accepted for custom or customized items, just due to the nature of them being unique to the buyer. In case of a technical issue (damage or misprint): If there is a technical problem with the item, we will do our best to get you a replacement as quick as possible if requested! If you've ordered a custom or customized item and there is a technical issue, absolutely reach out! We'll get a replacement headed your way ASAP! Photos of any issues with the product will be required. We are human and only want your happiness!! If you have ANY issues, don’t hesitate to reach out!! :)

Absolutely!! We have a lot of Custom Listings already listed, but if you have a request for an easy customization (adding a name or text to a design you like), I'll be happy to help at no additional cost!! Right now, we are not accepting full custom design requests...just simple text additions or color alterations. Click the chat bubble in the lower right hand corner to send a request my way!

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
